About



Rick envisioned a "retirement" job where he could do what he loves, hunt upland game birds and watch his hunting dogs work. So, K Bar T Ranch Shooting Preserve was established in 2016. Now in 2019, he's officially "retired" and can start his new job.

Location



Midway between Boise and Mountain Home, Idaho. Take Exit 71 off Interstate 84, South Orchard Access Road. Go 6 miles south and as soon as you cross the railroad tracks turn right, follow tracks about 200 yards, then the trail dips to the left, follow for 2 miles. The green gate will be on your left.
